Who Is Responsible
Clube dos Lisos, an association of samba and choro enthusiasts based in Belém do Pará, is the data controller. Contact information for the data controller: privacidade@clubedoslisos.com.br.
What data do we collect
At the association: name, date of birth, email, WhatsApp, neighborhood and city, favorite music genres, and shirt size. In the store: shipping address and payment information, processed by the payment processor. While browsing: theme preferences and saved items, stored in your browser.
What we use it for
To issue and validate your membership card; send event notifications and the newsletter, if you authorize it; process store orders; apply discounts with our partners; and plan the production of shirts and giveaways.
Who we share data with
With the payment processor and the shipping carrier, solely to fulfill orders. Partners only verify whether the membership card is active; they do not receive your contact information. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a member and for up to 5 years afterward, when legally required. Data from those who did not complete registration is deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent to receive messages at any time through the Member Area or by emailing the data protection officer.
